. . . In crescendo, its biting sting tolls against the walls of my inner-self, revealing in its pure tone an emptiness nourished on a banquet of isolation. A feast of famine fit for the king of nothing . . .

Hi Dennis,
*claps*
I like the short poems, they get to heart of the matter. :)

I'm a fan of short poems too! This ones fun!
Love the plays on words that relate to the prompt from the title to the content to the "formula" which ties it all together. Nice!
Thanks everyone! Short and sweet this week. Glad you liked it. Rose! It's nice to see you out and about!
I like this better than Einstein's Theory of Relativity!
I love it! It's both sharp and skillfully done. Right on the mark.
I agree it was a hard poem to write but you did a great job.

Oh, ha. I didn't expect this from you. It's good to be silly sometimes. :)
I love the picture and the poem. Short and beautifully written.
The poem and your photoshopped pic are perfect - they actually each enhance each other!
Love the whimsy of it.
Dennis: so clever - well done! I love the picture too. How did you manage to get one of Einstein looking so guilty?
Ah, great poem Dennis. And I LOVE the pic. Fab stuff, (laughing) x x
Thanks everyone. I think Leslie’s right on the money. It’s just good to be silly sometimes. In my case that’s most of the time!
I think I had more fun playing with the picture and getting it to work with the poem than I had writing it. And Poet WADJ, Einstein looks guilty in this picture because he’s not wearing pants!
I always apprectiate short and sweet; I have a tendency to ramble on myself. I love the way you played with the picture, that would make a great T-shirt. :)

Bravo!
Very nice Albert, eh, Dennis. Trueness needs few words, just like e=mc2.
"UNMe=love" is equally everlasting. Nice piece of work.
How did I miss this? short, succinct and sweet!
I really enjoyed this. And the photo that goes with it!
